Had a exceptional experience from first evaluation of repairs. Were given options to improve the appearance and durability of skirting. Roof was replaced and ALL damaged trim and drip edge replaced like factory fresh. Even painted new material to match! The workers had no problem answering and explaining as they installed repair materials. All the crews were friendly, treated like a friend not a " pay check". They even worked well with each other. Ask Kevin how they can secure your skirting not to dirt or landscape lumber( which rots in a couple of years) They TRULY are Manufactured/ mobile home specialists.

Great contractor. Skilled workers. Friendly and courteous. They did the initial set up when our house was delivered. Have been back several times for factory issues. Had them come back and put up three awnings over our entry doors. The guys work cleanly. Boots wiped off before entering and all trash picked up outside.

Greg Bult & Misty spent a few days with us getting our new Clayton home in tip-top shape. I figure most things caused by driving this big thing down the interstate for 14 hours rattles things loose. They got all the trim back where it belongs, the doors & windows looking and working right, and siding problems straightened out. Sure appreciate them fixing us up & having to be 5 hours away from home to do it.
